Purpose:

To count the offerings taken up at worship services and enter them into the computer.  It is important to keep a record of our offerings for our church’s records and the church’s financial planning.

Responsibilities:

*Collect the offerings from the altar after services and take to counters’ office to count.

*Open all envelopes and enter information into the computer program that       is set up.

*Make up a deposit for the offerings and put into safe.

One Sunday a month, both services.
