Purpose:

To promote within the congregation Christian growth, Christian fellowship, Christian service and to support the aims and purpose of the Lutheran Womens Missionary League.  These aims are education, inspiration, service and mission work through out the world.

As stated in the purpose it is important to Messiah because of the Christian growth, fellowship and service it provides both to our women and to the mission work throughout the world.
