Purpose:

To teach our children about the Bible and Jesus’ love. The training of our children in God’s Word is one of the most imporant roles at Messiah.

Responsibilities:

*Prepare for your lessons each week

*Teach Sunday School September to May and/or June to August (can get substitute for Sunday that you need to be gone)

*Attend meetings quarterly on Saturday mornings from 8:30 AM-10:00 AM

*Communicate with Ministry Leader regarding situations that need improving

*Help with Christmas programs and Sunday School picnic

Time involved:

Varies depending on the hours you put into preparing the lesson; besides preparation, 52 hours a year plus meeting times.

Length of service:

9 months during school year, 3 months in the summer
