Fitness Classes

Our Sports and Recreation Ministry would like to help you reach your health goals. Our safe and Christ centered atmosphere is the right place to begin or continue your active lifestyle. We aim to offer a variety of fitness classes to reach a number of fitness levels. Classes are very beginner friendly and all skill levels will be challenged.  All classes are currently located in the gymnasium.

Classes are offered for consecutive weeks throughout the year but you can join at any time. Contact us for information on how to register for a class.

Walk-ins are always welcomed.

Fitness Class Opportunities

M, Tu, Th — 6:00am, 7:15am, 8:30am

  • Camp Gladiator is outdoor group fitness for adults, aimed at providing a fun and challenging 60 minute workout to people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are an elite athlete or have not worked out for 20 years you can get a great workout, in a welcoming group environment.

  • Founded on Christian beliefs, Camp Gladiator’s mission is to positively impact the physical fitness, and ultimately the lives of as many people as possible.
