Faith & Purpose

We members of Messiah remain dedicated to a mission that envisions bringing even more people into God’s kingdom.

As people who are serious about such a mission we are blessed with a beautiful and timeless sanctuary where God’s people will be able to see and feel God’s presence as well as additional facilities to aid in our Christian fellowship. If you are looking for a place you can truly call home, please join us at any of our services or give us a call. Come meet Messiah Lutheran Church and in his people and through his Word we pray that you will see your Messiah, Jesus Christ.

Lambs Early Childhood School

Messiah Lutheran Lambs is a non-profit, Lutheran Early Childhood School that was founded in 1961. We follow a modified Richardson/Plano school district calendar which includes a school year that runs from August through May. In November 2003 we moved from our location in Richardson to a brand new building in Plano – we would love to have you stop by for a visit!

The 2021-2022 school year started Wednesday, August 11, 2021, and runs through Friday, May 20, 2022.

Registration starts in February each year for the following school year and continues until classes are full. Call the office if you have questions or would like to set up a tour. Upon arrival at our facility please ring the bell (far right keypad) and we can buzz you in.

Messiah’s Early Childhood program is under the auspices of the Board of Directors of Messiah Lutheran Lambs Early Childhood, Inc. Qualified teachers are carefully selected on the basis of education, experience, understanding, and the love of children.

We depend upon our fundraising efforts to help improve our school. For example in 2005 we raised enough money to purchase a canopy for our large playground. We have a number of opportunities for family and friends of our program to help us raise money.

Teachers write short descriptions of things to come for their classes. Explore the links below to learn a little more about what the Lambs have been doing!
